There are three components to building a successful real estate company.  The first component is "knowing what to do for a successful recruiting program".  The second component is "having the tools and resources" to put the program in place.  And the third component is the actual "doing or implementation of the program".   A manager/owner needs a program to "manage" and then expand!

Actually, Recruiting does not have to be hard. It is the having to create these three components from scratch that makes this seem hard.   And when you reach the level of Excellence, it can seem to be without hard work. However, there are steps that need to be in place to achieve Excellence in recruiting. I know what they are and how to take each step.

My name is Dwain Sachs. I was the lead recruiter and trainer for both a commerical and residential company. I have helped manage those companies. After developing an independent real estate company in the Midwest, we then purchased a major national franchise. And within five years we had this Coldwell Banker office producing in the top 100 offices out of 2700 independent franchise companies in the nation!   I have over 25 years of full time experience.

I have published a book on Recruiting called RECRUIT HARD.   (See The Book Page). I have had several articles published in The Real Estate Professional Magazine. And I have served on a National Coldwell Banker Recruiting Consulting Advisory Group at their home office in New Jersey.   This background creates my multi-dimenstional angles whereby  I  present the Art of How to Attract agents to a winning real estate environment.

In 2001 I transitioned into Mentoring and Training others to benefit from my extensive experience.  I have mentored with both major national franchise offices to the indepentent companies.  I like them all and the program works across the board regardless of your affiliation.  I have Mastered my Game; and enjoy sharing my skills and experience with a select few motivated individuals who could benefit from my recruiting journey.  I am not working just for the money....I am interested in seeing results and growth  with whom I invest my TIME. My Time is more valuable to me than the money at this point!  If you do not understand that now, you will later in your career.
