Mentor Program
The Mentor Program is a structured eight week program. There are six core competencies that are also required for effective recruiting. We will build them week by week as we march thru the program. You will receive a check list to work with each week. This will detail out the specific tasks you will need to address.
The Format for the Mentor Program will be Eight Weekly Coaching Sessions. In Week One we will build the vision for where we want to be at the end of eight weeks and then at the end of the first quarter on out to the end of the year. We will need measurable goals to place on a time line. What we focus on WILL EXPAND. I am a task orientated coach who likes to keep the pace going to ensure both personal and company growth.
My book, Recruit Hard will be included in this program. And I have extensive Special Reports, Forms, Essays, and materials to facilitate your understanding of how to structure your Recruiting Program. At the end of the eight week program, you will have the following:
1) A Recruiting Manual which we will build together;
2) A Recruiting Plan of Action which will lay the foundation to expand on from year
to year.
3) Measurable and Clear Steps in Place that corresponds with your initial Vision
of Success as you define it.
4) A Recruiting Program you can delegate to other staff members...this is
not something you should do alone! You will want to design in leverage for you time.
